The Busby Quints at 11: One Family, Five Totally Different Personalities

The Busby Quints at 11: One Family, Five Totally Different Personalities

They share a birthday, a last name, and a house — and almost nothing else. When Adam and Danielle Busby welcomed the first all-female quintuplets born in the United States in April 2015, fans assumed five babies born minutes apart would grow up alike. Eleven years later, the opposite is true. Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley, and Parker turned 11 in April 2026, and according to their own parents, they are five completely different people under one very loud roof.

Adam once put it perfectly: the family has six different personalities, counting big sister Blayke, and they all want different things and hold different opinions about everything. Here is the quint-by-quint guide, built from the labels the Busbys themselves gave each girl.

Ava and Olivia: The Twins Who Are Nothing Alike

Ava and Olivia are the identical twins of the five, but their parents have always called them night and day. Ava is the sweet, smiley one — a mama’s girl who leans a little more serious.

Olivia is the goofball. TLC billed her as the one who would keep you laughing, and her parents crowned her the comedian of the house. She is always laughing, loves an audience, and brings out Ava’s silly side whenever they are together.

Riley: The Boss of the House

“The whole house revolves around Riley,” Adam once said. “She thinks everything is about her and she will not back down. It is Riley’s world. She is bossy, she is the toughest, and she will pick a fight.” Danielle’s punchline: “She’ll probably win it, too.”

And the fire has not cooled: when Adam revealed his surprise buzz cut in a family video in October 2026, it was Riley who climbed onto the counter, snatched his hat off, and shouted, “How could you! Put it back on!”

Parker: The Shy One Who Leads the Pack

Parker is the great paradox of the five. She is the youngest quint — Blayke’s “baby baby” — and the shyest, the reserved, serious one who loved her bed more than the spotlight. Yet TLC’s own profile called her the “leader of the pack,” and Danielle once called her the “alpha quint.” Danielle nicknamed her “Sporty Spice,” the quint who climbed on things faster than her sisters.

Hazel: Sweet, Curious, and Entirely Herself

Then there is Hazel, the one fans spot first thanks to her fiery red curls. Her parents have consistently called her the sweetest of the five — the quint often in her own happy bubble, unbothered by the chaos around her. They have also said she had the largest vocabulary of the bunch as a little girl and the biggest appetite for learning. While Riley grabs the spotlight and Olivia grabs the laughs, Hazel quietly wins hearts, one grin at a time.

Eleven, Together: The Sixth-Grade Shift

What makes these personalities matter more at 11 is that the quints are now choosing things together. In February 2026, Adam and Danielle announced on their More Than Reality podcast that the quints would start sixth grade in a homeschool co-op — at-home learning at their own pace, plus classroom subjects with a teacher and other kids. The key detail, according to Danielle: the family debated splitting them up, but all five quints wanted to stay together.

So now it is your turn to pick a side. Which quint runs your heart: Team Riley, the boss? Team Olivia, the comedian? Team Ava, the sweetheart? Team Parker, the quiet leader? Or Team Hazel, the sweet one? Drop your quint below — and tell us the moment that proved your pick.
