Honest note first: there is no new episode of I Am Shauna Rae this week, and TLC has still not announced a new season. This is not breaking news. It is a rewatch list for the episodes everyone skips.
Every fan replays the same hits: the driving test, the firefighter date, the sushi night with Dan. They have been replayed to death. But across two seasons, some of the best hours are the ones nobody quotes. November is the perfect month to fix that. Here are five overlooked episodes.
The Season 1 Episodes Everyone Skips

Start with “Get Off Your High Horse” (Season 1, Episode 4). Shauna gets hands-on experience at a farm and runs straight into her own limitations, then asks her sister Tara for advice and ends up in a full-blown argument with her instead. It shows both sides of Shauna at once: determined to prove herself, and frustrated when her body, or her family, gets in the way. A new tattoo and a puppet show from Mark and Rylee round out the same episode.
Then watch “Cranky at the Club” (Season 1, Episode 5). Shauna and Rylee throw Tara a bachelorette party in Pittsburgh, and things get heated between the sisters at a bar. It is messy and funny, and honest about how sisters fight. Back at home, Mark and Patty talk over dinner about life as empty nesters.
The Season 2 Episodes That Deserve a Second Look
Season 2 hides three gems between its famous dates. “The Girl With the Daith Earring” (Season 2, Episode 3) follows Shauna on her first day at a new job, while Patty makes an announcement that leaves her in tears. Shauna also deals with the lasting effects of chemotherapy, then video chats with a new guy she met online.
“My Big Fat Greek Party” (Season 2, Episode 7) is the pure-fun pick. While Mark and Patty are out of town, the girls throw a toga party, Shauna gets sassy on a date with Dan, and she and Naiyh make progress with their fashion line. It best shows the Shauna fans fell for: funny, creative, and herself when the parents are away.

Shauna bartends at a charity event while a love triangle brews as both Dan and Thomas show up. The family goes wedding dress shopping with Tara, and Patty shares the emotional results of her BRCA test. Joy, jealousy, a wedding, and a health scare in one episode. Fans who say Season 2 was only about dating skipped this one.
Why November Is the Perfect Month for This Rewatch

These five episodes work as a November project because they are not homework. Each one stands alone. Watch one a night for a work week, and by Friday you will have seen the farm, the bachelorette blowup, the first day at work, the toga party, and the charity bar shift. You will also have seen what the highlight reels miss: Shauna’s story was never about one big milestone, but about ordinary days handled with stubbornness.
Your One Episode Tonight
If you only have time for one tonight, make it “Something’s Brewing.” It has the laughs, the love triangle, the family, and the moment that stops the jokes cold. But every fan will answer differently, and that is the point. The hits belong to everyone. The deep cuts are personal. So tell us: which of these five are you rewatching first? Team Farm Fight, Team Toga Party, or Team Charity Bar, defend your pick in the comments.
