Blink, and a decade is gone. When OutDaughtered premiered in 2016, America met five tiny babies in matching outfits and a four-year-old big sister. Today, Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley and Parker Busby are 11 — sixth graders with opinions of their own. Big sister Blayke is 15. Here are the five biggest changes fans have watched.
From Five Tiny Bassinets to Sixth Grade

Born on April 8, 2015, the Busby quints were the first all-female quintuplets born in the United States, arriving in under four minutes and each weighing just 2 to 2.5 pounds, according to reports. They spent three months in the NICU before coming home. Danielle marked their 11th birthday in April 2026 with an emotional post revisiting that birth — and five tiny girls now strong, confident and thriving.
School Looks Nothing Like It Used To
The biggest change of 2026 is the school day itself. After years in public school, Adam and Danielle announced on their More Than Reality podcast in early 2026 that the quints would start sixth grade in a homeschool co-op — learning at home at their own pace, with some subjects in a classroom setting. On August 25, the parents posted the first-day photo: all five girls, now 11, holding handmade “First Day” and “Homeschool” signs. The reasons, the couple said, were academic struggles, dyslexia support, protecting innocence in middle school, flexibility, and keeping all five together.
Five Personalities, Not One Matching Set

Then, the quints were a matching set in everyone’s mind. Now, ask any longtime viewer and you will get five different scouting reports. Ava and Olivia are the identical twins of the five, yet their parents have always called them night and day: Ava the sweet, serious one, Olivia the comedian. Riley is the outspoken one — Adam once said the whole house revolves around her — and she proved it in October 2026, when she snatched her dad’s hat off after his surprise buzz cut reveal and shouted, “How could you! Put it back on!” Hazel, with her fiery red curls, is the sweet, curious one. Parker, the youngest, is the shyest.
Blayke Went From Little Mama to Teenager
The quietest transformation might be the biggest one. Blayke was four when her five sisters arrived — the “little mama” carrying bottles and keeping order. She turned 15 in April 2026, and Danielle marked the birthday with a slideshow tracing her from a tiny baby to a teenager, calling her “one of a kind,” according to reports. While the quints learn at home, Blayke still attends a public high school, with interests of her own.
The Cameras Stepped Back, and the Family Stepped Forward
The final change is how fans see the family at all. OutDaughtered last aired in 2024, and as of late October 2026, according to reports, TLC has announced neither a renewal nor a cancellation. Asked in a podcast Q&A whether there would ever be another season, Adam and Danielle answered: “Maybe. Currently not filming or on the schedule to film.” Instead, the More Than Reality podcast passed 100 episodes in September 2026, and the parents have said they are slowing down to protect the girls’ privacy as they grow.
