Pick a Side: Fans Vote for the Most Controversial Couple of 90 Day: The Other Way Season 8

Four episodes into 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 8, every couple has given fans something to argue about. But arguing is not the same as splitting a fandom down the middle — and this season has one couple that splits it hardest.

So let us settle it the way fans always do: with a vote. Below is our controversy ranking of all seven Season 8 couples, from the most debated to the least — based on what has aired through the October 25 episode plus the online debate around it. This is a fan ranking, not a spoiler, not a leak, and not a prediction about who stays together. Disagree? Good. That is the whole point.

No. 1: Andi & Nigel — The Couple Nobody Can Agree On

Andi flew from Nashville to Brisbane for Nigel, and the fandom has been fighting about them ever since. The clash is brutally simple: Nigel is openly, proudly non-monogamous, while Andi wants a monogamous future. According to reports, Andi hoped living in the same country would change the arrangement — while Nigel has said non-monogamy is simply who he is.

Then came the moment fans cannot stop replaying: Andi bracing to meet Nigel’s lover face to face. One camp says Andi knew what she signed up for. The other says she was never given the full picture before she gave up her music career and moved across the world. There is almost no middle ground — and that is why Andi and Nigel top this list.

No. 2: Jessy & Vittorio — The Apartment That Was Not Theirs

Jessy traded the Bronx for Vittorio’s Tuscany, and the dream cracked fast: a farmhouse full of chickens, a year together without intimacy, and a public humiliation in front of Vittorio’s friends in episode 4. Then came the off-screen bombshell: according to Starcasm, the Tuscan apartment shown on the show is actually an Airbnb rental outside Florence, and Vittorio reportedly did not tell Jessy.

Vittorio later responded on Instagram that the property was his childhood home, while acknowledging his father had handed it to a management company, according to the same report. Fans are split between “he lied about his life” and “production rentals are normal.” No other couple this season has triggered a detective investigation.

No. 3: Michelle & Felix — “Put Me First” Splits the Room

Michelle barely debuted before she divided the fandom. The Dallas single mom gave up her life to move to Ghana for Felix, a preacher’s son — and TLC’s own tease said she pushes Felix to put her before his family. In a preacher’s family, fans say, that is not a small ask. Team “Wife First” says she earned that demand; Team “Family First” says no partner gets to walk in and reorder a family on day one.

No. 4 to No. 7: The Rest of the Controversy Chart

Jon and Ally land at No. 4: a secret pregnancy hidden from her devoutly religious parents, a partner with almost no savings and no job waiting, and a breakup debate already on the table. Niles and Matilda, once untouchable fan favorites, drop to No. 5 after the annulment threat and his secret plan to move to Ghana for good. Zuri and Ben sit at No. 6 — a second-chance romance shadowed by another woman from their time apart. Kenny and Armando are the least controversial at No. 7, with fans mostly united behind them.

Cast Your Vote: Who Is the Most Controversial?

Which couple is truly the most controversial so far — Andi and Nigel’s open-relationship war, Jessy and Vittorio’s apartment mystery, or Michelle and Felix’s family-first fight? Or is the real answer a couple lower on this list? Pick your side: Team Andi, Team Nigel, Team Jessy, Team Vittorio, Team Michelle, or Team Felix? Drop your ranking in the comments — and be honest, has any couple this season changed your mind?
