Their love story began when Ly Minh was delivering food to Vương Phương a year ago. After a brief conversation, they exchanged contact information and began talking through WeChat. They started off as friends, sharing personal stories and experiences, but eventually, they developed romantic feelings for each other.
Despite facing opposition from their loved ones, who believed they were not suitable for each other due to their age gap and different life experiences, Ly Minh and Vương Phương decided to get married. Their intimate wedding was simple but meaningful, and they exchanged a modest dowry. Ly Minh offered 80,000 CNY (over 270 million VND) and promised to take care of his wife for the rest of her life, while Vương Phương pledged to use her retirement income to support their new life together.
