According to TV Season & Spoilers’ preview of the upcoming episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Hunt for Love Season 2, Chloe Fabiano and Emma Perry finally face each other over the kiss that broke them: Emma kissing Brian Burt at the resort bar.
The fight is no longer really about a kiss. It is about who knew what, and when. Chloe says she confided in Emma beforehand. Emma says she had no idea until after the kiss. Both cannot be right, and the fandom has already split down the middle.
What Chloe Says Happened
Chloe’s version is simple. She says she told Emma about her feelings for Brian twice, at the pool and again over breakfast, both before the kiss. In her telling, Emma kissed Brian knowing he had listed Chloe as someone he liked. That is why Chloe calls Emma a liar to her face.
For Team Chloe, the timeline is the whole case: a kiss after two confessions is not a mistake, it is a choice. Chloe says it wrecked their friendship precisely because it came after a confidence, not before one.
What Emma Says Happened
Emma’s version flips the timeline completely. She says she only understood how serious Chloe was about Brian after the kiss at the bar. She also says she locked in with Jamal Menzies that same night, and has not spoken to Brian since.
Team Emma reads that very differently. If Emma truly did not know, there was no betrayal, only a messy night at a resort where nobody was exclusive. And a woman who locked in with Jamal that same night, they argue, was hardly scheming to steal Brian.

Brian was in the middle of both stories, and in the preview he backs Chloe, saying Emma knew before she kissed him. He admits he did like Emma, but insists that gave her no permission to pin him down. He also told Chloe he hates being treated like a pawn, and opened up about his last relationship, which ended three years ago when his partner cheated.
For Team Chloe, Brian’s backing is the smoking gun. For Team Emma, his admission cuts the other way: if Brian liked Emma too, was she crossing a line, or was he playing both sides? Brian also said Emma had invited him to her room the same night he asked her out, leaving him believing she was keeping several options open.
Why Jamal Stepped In, and Made It Worse
Then Jamal Menzies waded in. Defending Emma, he said other cast members had also seen Brian getting cozy with her, and claimed he had been rejecting Emma at the time, so she was free to explore. Chloe fired back that Emma would not have kissed Brian if she were genuinely interested in Jamal.
The flashpoint came when Jamal suggested Chloe was upset because Brian likes Emma. Chloe shouted that he was lying about her motives. Team Emma sees a loyal partner; Team Chloe sees damage control. Either way, Jamal turned a two-person fight into a four-person pile-up.
